Refund policy

At DrewsDrops, your satisfaction means everything to us.
We partner with Zendrop, a trusted global fulfillment service, to bring you high-quality, innovative products. Because of this partnership, our return, replacement, and refund processes follow Zendrop’s official policy — but we’re always here to help make things right.


1. Our Promise

We want every DrewsDrops order to arrive exactly as expected — no surprises, no hassles.
If something goes wrong on our end or with our fulfillment partner, we’ll make it right through a refund or replacement.


2. When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

a. Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days and shows no valid tracking updates, we’ll gladly resend it or issue a refund.

Once these timeframes have passed, reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.


b. Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, we’ll need a non-delivery certification from your carrier or local postal service to proceed with a claim.
Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered without this documentation.


c. Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence of the issue.
We’ll quickly process a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.


d. Missing or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item, or something missing from your package?
No worries — just send us a quick message within 30 days of delivery along with photo or video proof, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


e. Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order before it’s processed or shipped for a full refund.
Once an order is being fulfilled or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
Please note that Print-on-Demand or preorder inventory products cannot be canceled once payment is made.


3. Refund Time Window

Refund or replacement requests must be made within 90 days of your purchase date.
Orders older than 90 days are ineligible for refund or replacement, regardless of the reason.


4. Important Details

  • Refunds and replacements are only issued when DrewsDrops or Zendrop is responsible for the issue.
  • All claims must include photo, video, or carrier documentation as proof.
  • Promotional credits and discounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All cases are reviewed individually to ensure fairness and accuracy.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please reach out to us at drewsdropscs@gmail.com.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Any supporting photos, videos, or tracking info

We’ll review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
