At DrewsDrops, we are dedicated to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping within the United States.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping — but we hope to expand in the future!
2. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as it ships out.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing may take slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Most Drew’s Drops orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.
Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and product availability.
We partner with Zendrop, our trusted fulfillment and logistics provider, to ensure every order is packaged and shipped with care.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress.
If you don’t see tracking updates right away, don’t worry — it can take a few days for carriers to update their systems.
5. Shipping Delays
Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 45 days (U.S. orders), please contact us at drewsdropscs@gmail.com and we’ll make it right by reshipping or refunding as needed.
6. Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at drewsdropscs@gmail.com.
We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships, but once a package is processed or shipped, we can’t guarantee changes can be made.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office.
- If you still can’t locate the package, we may request a non-delivery certification from your carrier before proceeding with a replacement or refund.
